Hand Crafted (Est. 200 Man hours) Key given in appreciation for the outstanding teaching abilities of HB9DU.

These seem to be some sort of impedance matching / test equipment for telegraphs.
The one on the left is engraved "Otto Wulffe"

I do not know what this is. Will research it at a later date.
